RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Uconstruct, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

If a product you receive is defective, damaged, or not as described, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the following terms:

Return Eligibility

You can request a return if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product

  • The item is unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

Certain items such as cement, sand, customized materials, or perishable goods are not eligible for return once delivered.

Return Process

  1. Go to “My Orders” → “Request Return” within 7 days.

  2. Upload product photos (if damaged or incorrect).

  3. Our support team will verify and schedule a pickup.

  4. Product must be returned in original condition with all accessories and invoices.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days after the returned item passes quality inspection.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment only.

  • Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable, unless due to our error.

 Non-Returnable Items

  • Bulk orders (cement, sand, aggregates, etc.)

  • Customized products

  • Products installed, tampered with, or damaged after delivery

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting customer support.

  • If the order has already shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
